During the Lunar New Year holiday, not only have post offices and banks adjusted their operating hours, convenience stores and Shopee’s store-to-store services have also modified their logistics operations. **2025 Spring Festival | Post Office Holiday Schedule**
All post offices across Taiwan will be closed for 9 days from January 25 (Saturday) to February 2 (Sunday). They will be closed on January 27 (Saturday) due to functional adjustments, and will resume operations on February 3 (Monday). If you wish to use postal services like mailing or remittance, you need to handle it before January 24 (Friday).
Additionally, since January 27 falls on a Monday, it has been designated as a holiday, so there will be a compensatory day off on February 8 (Saturday).

**Suspension of Mail Collection (Mailboxes) and Package Delivery, Timed and Standard Mail**
1. The iMailbox, ATMs, open mailbox areas, and self-service post offices set up nationwide will continue to provide 24/7 services throughout the year.
2. Express mail will still be delivered as usual, and all post office postal departments, as well as those with guards or security personnel, will accept domestic and international express mail; the Taipei Mail Processing Center’s International Express Mail Section and Air Freight Section will also provide international express mail services.
Please note that not all post offices will provide services for sending packages or letters during the New Year period, so it’s advisable to check the information of the post office you intend to visit to avoid any inconvenience.
**2025 Spring Festival | Bank Holiday Schedule**
Major banks will also suspend operations for 5 days from January 27 (Saturday) to January 31 (Wednesday), resuming business on February 3 (Monday). As January 27 is a Monday and has been adjusted as a holiday, there will be a compensatory day off on February 8 (Saturday).
**2025 Spring Festival | 7-11 and FamilyMart Package Services**
**7-11 Sales Express**
During the New Year period, both sending and picking up packages will be serviced normally. However, the 7-11 pickup service will be suspended from January 26 to February 2, with phone and LINE customer service also unavailable from January 25 to February 2.

**FamilyMart Sales+**
FamilyMart’s store-to-store services will operate normally during the New Year period. However, due to the peak in deliveries during the Spring Festival, the FamilyMart Sales+ delivery service will not provide desired delivery dates until February 9 and cannot guarantee next-day delivery.

**2025 Spring Festival | Shopee Store-to-Store Operating Hours**
From January 25 (Saturday) to February 2 (Sunday), the operating hours of Shopee store-to-store services will also be adjusted. Sellers and buyers should pay attention to the package sending and pickup times to avoid wasted trips.

**Directly Operated Stores**
On New Year’s Eve (January 28, Tuesday) and the first three days of the New Year (January 29, Wednesday; January 30, Thursday; January 31, Friday), services will be suspended before 7 PM; stores that are closed will resume normal operations at 7 PM on January 31 (Friday).
**Smart Pickup Stores**
These stores will maintain 24-hour operations during the Spring Festival. However, in case of equipment malfunctions, longer wait times may be necessary.
**Merchants Partnering with Meilian**
On New Year’s Eve (January 28, Tuesday), operations will continue until 7 PM. From January 29 (Wednesday) to January 30 (Thursday), services will resume from 11:30 AM to 10:30 PM for pickup. Normal operations will resume on February 1 (Saturday).
Additionally, please note that during the period from New Year’s Eve to the third day of the New Year, only package pickup services will be available; sending packages will not be allowed. Packages that arrive between January 23 (Thursday) and January 31 (Friday) will have an extended pickup period of 4 days (based on the arrival notification time). Buyers must pick up their packages within 9 days after receiving the arrival notification.
